What are my delivery options? |
All orders ship via UPS. We offer UPS ground, Next Day Air (delivery next day by 10:30 a.m.), Next Day Air Saver (delivery next day by 3:00 p.m.) and 2nd Day Air shipping options. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time. |
How do I get started? |
Select a product group, then select the design or product to best fit your needs. If ordering a customized product, approve the proof and proceed to checkout. |
I logged out, did I lose my customization? |
No, you most likely did not lose the order you were working on. Your uncompleted orders are saved in the “Drafts” menu item. |
How do I see what orders I placed in the past? |
All your order history is saved in the “My Account” menu under “Recipient Lists”. |
How do I check the status of my order? |
In your “Order History”, click on the Order Number. There will be a column showing your order status. |

How do I upload my photo? |
Click on the select arrow, then upload photo button to upload your photo from your computer or to use an image that you have uploaded to your image library. Please make sure that the photo you are uploading is of good print quality. |
How do I edit my photo? |
Click "Edit" button once you've selected your photo. The Image Editor window will pop-up and your editing tool will appear across the top toolbar. |
Why didn't my photo fill the entire space? |
To avoid photos getting distorted, photo fields are setup to fit proportionately and center. To make your photo fit the space you must edit and crop your photo. The cropping tool is locked to the dimension of the photo box so you can only crop to the correct size. |
Why is my photo appearing grainy? |
Even though your photographs may be of print quality, they may appear grainy because they are being viewed on your computer screen. If a photograph is of good print quality, it will print a quality real estate business card. |
Is my photo of good print quality? |
A good print quality photograph is one which has crisp details and adequate contrast, and a resolution of at least 200 DPI. If you have any doubts about the quality of your photograph please check the resolution of your file, photographs that have a resolution of at least 200 DPI tend to print well. Photographs taken by a professional photographer produce the best results. |
Can I move text within the design layout? |
Currently, we do not allow text to be moved within a design layout. |
